FAQ’S FOR THE SELLER

To sell items on Kifaish, you just have to book a pick up with us and we will pick your clothings.

This is the period for which the product(s) would remain listed on our website and currently the period is 90 days. Any extension of this period could be mutually decided between us.

If any Seller wants to withdraw the product(s) before the minimum consignment period of 90 days, Kifaish will levy a small charge of Rs.200/- per product to meet the costs incurred by it in listing the said items on its website.

If the listed products do not sell within the initial period of 90 days, the seller then has two options. Either he can get his products back or he can give it away to charity.

We currently accept only branded Men/Women for listing and resale on our website. You may consign us for selling all kinds of clothing except innerwear. The clothes should be in very good condition, i.e. the condition of the same should be good enough for you to share it with your Friends and Family.

CLOTHINGS ACCEPTED 

  • Genuine and original Branded clothing.
  • Clothes in good condition
  • Clothes without any tear or damage.
  • Inner wear is not accepted.
  • Clothes without any stains or marks of any kind.
  • Clothes in their original shape and size.
  • Clothes with their original colours intact.
  • properly washed and cleaned clothes.

CLOTHINGS NOT ACCEPTED

  • Fake clothes
  • Innerwear or Nightwear.
  • Clothes with visible wear & tear, holes, loose threads etc.
  • Clothes with stains or with marks of any kind.
  • Clothes which have lost shape or where the fabric is overstretched / has shrunk.
  • Clothes with missing or damaged essentials like zippers, buttons, sequins etc.
  • Clothes which have lost colour or have faded.
  • Dirty, unwashed, or foul smelling clothes.

It would take about 5-7 Days to list the product (s) after the same is received by us on account of our stringent quality reviews, sanitization processes at our end and professional photography.

You need to pack the products in a cloth bag strong enough to take the load of your clothes and vigour of the logistics process and have it sealed firmly. Please enclose a handwritten or a typed list of the clothes being sent in the bag for our verification purposes.

We would need you to consign us minimum 3 clothes to book a pick-up free of cost, however, there is no maximum limit to the number of clothes you can send.

Kifaish has a well experienced team who does the quality check from the industry.

If you have sent us your products on an Outright Sale basis, we shall send you an email informing you about the status of your approved and unapproved products.

You can write to us on support@kifaish.com and we shall arrange for a confirmation for you from our charity partners.

The price of approved clothing is defined by Kifaish and agreed to by the seller.

If the seller is not satisfied, then he has two options, either to get his products back or give it away to charity. Mutual agreement can also be done between Kifaish and the seller.

Kifaish ensures payment in 10-15 working days.

FAQ’S FOR THE BUYER

KIFAISH is a online fashion platform from where you can shop and sell fashion at thrift prices. 

We have a dedicated team with decades of experience in the textile industry to take care of the quality checks & control process. Before listing the products for Sale, we carry out 100% screening of the products including checking for its authenticity and condition.

We offer various facilities for making payments. Razorpay and Paytm are our Payment Gateway partners and through them we offer pre-payment facilities like Debit/Credit cards, wallets and net banking.

KIFAISH makes sure to keep you updated with your order with emails. It also gives you prison of tracking your order anytime you want.

You can cancel your placed order until it hasn’t been dispatched, by going to your Account and clicking on the cancellation link. You can check the status of your order on our website anytime. Once it has been dispatched from our warehouse you can only cancel the order after accepting the delivery and placing a return request.

To request for a return, please email us at support@kifaish.com or you can call us on our customer support number within two calendar days of the receipt of the shipment. You would have to quote your order number in order for us to help you.

After the returned product reaches us, you shall receive a confirmation email from our side confirming your return and claim. We shall request you to send in your bank details to enable us to electronically transfer the refund amount to your account. The refund would be made within 10-15 working days.

No we do not allow exchanges. You would have to cancel your earlier order and place a new order.
