Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy

FOR THE SELLER

1. Once the Seller confirms to consign his/her/their 3 or more goods to us for sale on KIFAISH, they cannot cancel or withdraw their goods for a period of 90 days.
2. Seller has to provide their expected price during booking their pickup. When Kifaish finalises the price, the seller will be asked if is he satisfied with it or not.
3. If the seller is satisfied with the price finalised by Kifaish, the product will get uploaded on the website for a period of 90 days.
4. If the product(s) gets sold within the duration of 90 days, 50% of the confirmed amount will be paid to the seller in 10-15 working days. For clarity, 50% is the margin of Kifaish.
5. On the other hand, if the product(s) does not gets sold within a duration of 90 days, then the seller has 2 options, either to have the product(s) back in 7-10 days or seller has the option to give away the product(s) to charity.
6. If any Seller products get disapproved, the same would be returned if so required by the Seller but a Shipping charge of Rs 200/- per product would be recovered. 
7. We are not responsible for losses on amount of natural disasters, terrorist activities etc.
8. In case of any dispute, the arbitrator(subject to Ludhiana’s jurisdiction) will be appointed whose decision will be binding on both the parties.

CANCELLATION BY BUYER

1. At Kifaish, all sales are binding at the time of purchase. If you want to cancel your order, we have different policies based on when you cancel or decide to return the product.
2. Buyer has to pay full amount before shipping. Cash on delivery(COD) is not available. We have all other modes of payment, Razorpay and Paytm are our linked wallets. You can pay through debit and credit cards as well.
3. No product can be returned after 24 hours of delivery. No refund will be processed after that.
4. Product damage whatsoever will not be accepted back. 
5. Product has to be returned along with the original invoice, packaging contents and without any damage or use.
6. If you have already made the payment, you shall receive your Refund within 10-15 working days after deduction of Rs. 100 in case the order exceeds the amount of Rs. 1000 and Rs. 75 in case the order is below Rs. 1000 of receiving the confirmation of cancellation from our side. 

CANCELLATION UNTIL SHIPPED

You may cancel an order until the item has been shipped. To cancel your order click on the Order Cancellation link on our website. Once you arrive at the page, fill in your reasons for your order cancellation. Thereafter, you shall get an email confirmation from our side of your order cancellation.

CANCELLATION, RETRUNS & REFUNDS UNTIL SHIPPED

1. Once an order has been shipped, a cancellation may only be processed in the form of a Return Request. You have until 1 calendar days after receipt of the item to process a return request.

EXCHANGE

Kifaish doesn’t allow exchanges. Returns are permitted.
